Project description

Collett-Zarzycki was approached to design the common areas and communal facilities of this new apartment building within a vibrant residential quarter off the King’s Road. The challenge throughout was to introduce a welcoming sense of light and space within inward-looking circulation spaces and lobby areas, hence the use of mirrored walls and dramatic lighting features.  Each apartment has its own vestibule, allowing the opportunity to create individual spaces with bespoke artwork and characterful elements.  The practice also designed the basement swimming pool, where an imaginative design approach once again overcomes the lack of natural light to create an inviting amenity space for residents.
